Once we decide we’re a great fit for ongoing collaboration, we’ll establish specific deadlines that suit both you and me. For high-volume work, like a folder of 80 boudoir images, the typical turnaround is about a week after receiving the files. I can handle up to four folders per week, depending on the specifics of each project. However, each project is unique, and I always strive to meet your specific needs and timelines. We'll discuss the delivery schedule to ensure it's convenient for both sides.

Most of my high-volume clients send JPG files with their preferred color adjustments, which allows them to control the final look.
For projects that require higher quality or flexible color work, I also accept RAW files and can handle basic color adjustments myself. Every client has their own preferences, and I’m happy to accommodate them all.
As for file transfers, I store files using Dropbox, but you can upload them to whichever file transfer service you prefer. For ongoing collaborations, I typically create and share a Google Doc where we can both upload links to the files. This ensures smooth communication and eliminates the risk of missed emails or system issues delaying the project.

For high-volume projects, I usually don’t offer revisions, as we’ll establish your preferred style and go over all details upfront to avoid changes later. My focus is on getting everything right from the start, so we can work smoothly without interruptions.
For smaller projects, revisions depend on the retouching package you choose. However, my priority is always client satisfaction, and I’m happy to make adjustments if needed to ensure you’re pleased with the results.

Yes! If you think we might be a great fit, I’d be happy to retouch two test images for free. To ensure the best results, I’ll need a detailed list of your editing requirements and examples of the retouching style you're aiming for. If you’re a photographer who has been editing your own photos and want me to match your style, please provide a few before-and-after examples of your work so I can analyse and accurately replicate your approach.

I accept payments via direct bank transfers, as well as through services like Airwallex, Wise, or PayPal. Any associated transaction fees are the client’s
responsibility. I’m also flexible with other payment services if needed - just let me know your preference, and we can work it out!

Yes, I offer rush services for urgent projects. For delivery within 24 hours, there's an additional charge of +100% to the original price, and for delivery within 48 hours, the surcharge is +50%. If you have tight deadlines, just let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.

I take privacy very seriously, especially for sensitive projects like boudoir. I’m always willing to sign an NDA, and my assistant, who may help with some tasks, is also under a strict NDA. The services I use, such as Dropbox and other file- sharing platforms, are secure, ensuring your images are protected. Rest assured, your photos will never be shared or published without your explicit consent. Your confidentiality is a top priority in every project.
